Do you like snowflakes? I like snowflakes! Did you know that snowflakes have 6 sides and no two are exactly the same. The form and shape depend on the temperature and moisture content of the cloud it comes from. When it’s really cold outside, the snow is fine and the snowflake is simple. When it’s near freezing, snowflakes are larger and more complex.
The largest snowflake was almost 15 inches wide and almost 8 inches thick! It was in Fort Keough, Montana
If you are asking what is the kindness chain right now? I will tell you. The kindness chain is a paper chain that my class is making to go between each of the 3rd grade classrooms at my school. You start out with a piece of paper and you write your act of kindness on it. Then you cut the paper with your act of kindness on it into strips. An act of kindness is when you do something for someone when they did not expect it. Here is an example of act of kindness: if you cleaned the dishes when you were not asked to that would be an amazing act of kindness. Here is a picture of a kindness chain.

I am thankful for many things so here are some of the main things I am thankful for. I am thankful for my family, friends, animals, shelter, and nature.
Earlier this week I saw a kindergartner sitting on the bus by herself, she looked sad so I sat with her and we talked and now we are friends!
My favorite book is Charlottes Web by E. B. White. It is a story of a friendship between a pig named Wilbur and spider named Charlotte. Wilbur is the runt of the family and was going to be killed by Fern’s father, Fern convinced her father to keep Wilbur and he eventually grows into a healthy pig. Wilbur lived in a barn where the other animals wouldn’t be friends with him, however Charlotte befriends him and tries to save him from being slaughtered. I like this book because of the friendship between the two animals and because I love most animals. What is your favorite book?
I love dogs. Did you know puppies are born blind, deaf, and toothless? The chihuahua is the smallest dog breed in the world. Dogs have really good hearing and sense of smell. Dogs are color blind so they can’t see colors we can see. They can only see gray, black, and white.
Each zebra has its own unique pattern of distinctive stripes, just as humans have their own unique pattern of fingerprints. Zebras stick together in herds. Within a herd, zebras tend to stay together in smaller family groups. Zebras are constantly on the move to find fresh grass and water. Zebras groom one another, if you see two zebras standing close to each other and it looks like they’re biting each other, don’t worry, they’re probably just pulling loose hairs from one another!
Hi everyone! My name is Riley. I have 3 sisters, 2 horses, 3 dogs, and 4 cats. My favorite animal is a dog. My favorite colors are mint green and green. My favorite subject in school is art. I went to Disneyland 4 days ago. I went at daytime and it was really busy. I also went at nighttime. It was not so busy. We had to go to Downtown Disney. It was so busy!
